I've just finished the following cycle;


week 1-4 dbol 40mg/aday
week 1-8 tren ace 400mg
week 1-13 equipoise 600mg (frontloaded 800mg first week)
week 1-13 sustanon 750mg


have been taking Arimidex .5 from the beginning of the cycle.



when should I start PCT? and what should I use for PCT?

10-14 days after ur cycle.
20mgs/day for days of nolvadex is good

EQ is has a relative long half life, you should've cut it out two weeks before sus or extend sus two weeks later.... IMO, you need to wait 3 weeks to let enough gear clear your system. Nothing you can do about the down time except use it productively by shooting HCG.

As for PCT, they're so many protocols...you have to research, pick one and run with it. A good starting place is Robert Anthony's PCT..
