I just started a test e cycle my test is 75mg per ml so therefore shooting just over 3ml twice a week..Is it ok to shoot 3ml into 1 muscle or should i shoot 1 1/2 ml into 2 different muscles each time i shoot .....

From what I've read, the glutes can take up to 3ml comfortably while the delts get uncomfortable with anything over 1.5ml. I can confirm 3ml for the glutes will be fine as that's what I've been doing and i feel fine.
i put 3ml in my delton my first shoot , should i change to my glute if i put 3 in again.....Did i waste it by shooting 3ml in my delt , it felt ok when it got done
im thinking i might do my second one in my calf , 1.5ml in each , what do u think or should i stay in my delts..??
It depends how big you are. The only place i would put 3 ml in in my glutes. I would divide it around there are plenty of injection sites. I dont like the calves personally

ill split my shots 1/ 1/2 ml in each spot..
glutes, delts, traps is where i go.
It's fine to do 3cc in your glutes 1.5 in the delts stay away from the calves
3mls goes into my quads and buns nicely, but I draw the line at 1.5 for everywhere else.
It depends on the size of your muscle the 1.5ml for small muscles and 3ml for large is a guide only.
Some people can go a lot more, some people struggle with less. Try increasing each shot by 0.5ml each time until it feels uncomfortable.
