ive been off for 2 months. but before i idiotically used several PH cycles in a row mass tabs, methyl dx3, omnevol, propadrol, methyl-1-d... all with no pct

now 2 months later im getting painfull gyno.

i bought a bottle of letro, clomid, and tamox to start a late pct. how can i use them? thank you!

i was gona use letro at .5 mg ed for a month to rid my gyno, then use nolva 40mg ed and clomid 80mg ed for the next month.

Don't know from experience but I'm pretty sure letrozole will do the job. It's a very potent AI. There are tons of posts on this board on dosage. From the few I've skimmed through before they usually recommend starting from 0.25mg and gradually increasing by 0.25mg every 4-5 days. The peak of course is 2.5mg - 10 sprays. Also, when the gyne has subsided, taper off and decrease your dosage gradually as well to prevent regrowth. End with nolva.
