I hurt my shoulder playing football and havent been able to bench for 3 months. my trainer has me doing one arm stuff (with the shoulder that isnt hurt) on a press machine, but that seems stupid to me cuz it only works half my body. When i try to bench i get this intense pain in my right shoulder, same with flys too. Basically any exercise that works my chest hurts my shoulder. Trainer says its a hurt AC joint. What should i try to work my chest, or is there anything you guys know to make this friggin pain go away?
