    Cool Trying to Gain 10lbs

    I'm tall and thin, but love the game of football and have received a scholarship to play. The competition is brutal(not a problem), but my coaches are even more brutal. My weight gain has been slow (genetics)and I have have been taking D-Anabol 25 for about 2 weeks. I'm taking 6 capsules a day for an intake of 30mgs per day.== Here's the question:

    If I increase my capusle intake to 9 per day (about 50mgs) for the next 3 weeks - with eating and lifting, can I truly put on about 10-15 lbs for Jan 14 team weigh-in.

    Go to the diet section bro...there are plenty of sample diets for bulking and lean bulking......

    i agree with bigmax....there are plenty of diets that will allow you to gain the amount you are looking for ! eat right and lift hard!

    all red meat? his cholesterol will increase a decent percent......footballer, check out the diet section, you will find a ton of bulking diets bro

    I don't thinik the "D-Anabol 25" will help much at all. You just need to get your diet and training in check.

    Cholesterol does not increase through dietary intake. Increased cholesterol is a result of some medications or your liver's inability to process what your body naturally produces. I'm sure you are aware that eating eggs does not increase cholesterol either?

    I disagree with this brother.Of course cholesterol will increase or decrease depending on your diet.There is no doubt that WHAT you eat effects this to a tremendous degree!How you combat it is dependent on exercise and other things in your diet.

    As far as the eggs statement,I agree that eggs have been abused in the past about raising cholesterol and have since been proven to be false,but that is also because of the other things eggs are made up of number one,2,also respondent to the rest of your diet.Eggs will be harmful to you if you have a high cholesterol diet throughout the day,but eating mainly "Clean" throughout the day or even moderately clean for that matter,eating eggs will in no way hurt you.

    d anabol 25 is garbage. get some creatine and that will do way more than that stuff. if youv been down that road already and want more get some proper gear.

    The truth about bulking.......
    "Under the best possible circumstances (perfect diet, training, supplementation, and recovery strategies) the average male body can manufacture between 0.25 and 0.5 pounds of dry muscle tissue per week. That is the amount your natural body chemistry will allow you to build. So we're talking about around one or two pounds per month. It may not sound like much, but that can add up to twelve to twenty pounds over one year of training.
    A trained individual can store up to 40g of glycogen per 100g of muscle tissue. So if you're gaining ten pounds of new muscle (4545g) you'll also increase glycogen storage by around four pounds (1.8kg). So if you gain ten pounds of muscle, your scale gain will actually be closer to fourteen pounds (if you didn't gain any fat).

    Chances are if you're gaining more than three pounds per month, you're gaining some fat."

    you can put on 10lbs with creatine and whey

    Get your diet in check but if you are going to use steroids you need to be running Test not just d-bol I would run Test E at 500mg a week for 10 weeks with a good diet you could gain anywhere from 15 to 30 pounds. Welcome to AR good luck at college

    Seriously though, it may be hard even with a sound diet and training to gain much weight during the season from the added activity. Has he mentioned his age, experience, etc? If he's a younger guy, I'd say get some creatine, protein powder and a good multi vitamin and train train train. Save the other stuff for later

    i think anavar would help you with some of the gains, but make sure ur protein intake is high

    yeah a good diet is 90% of it all.... i can put 10lbs of wieght on from water alone in a week or two.... just up the calorie intake, good calories of coarse, and train hard and eat right and you can put 10lbs on in no time. good luck!

    if you try hard enough you can gain 10 pounds in a month its all about diet and workout routine

    yall are advising gear to some one who is most likely in highschool due to the fact that he just got a scholarship, real smart
