Ive seen tons of sample diets but really Im looking for more of ranges to strive for in terms of Calories, Fat Cals, Fat (g), Carbs, Protein, etc. Obviously in relation to bulking with Test/Deca as well.

You have to calculate them yourself according to your stats. Everyone is different hence the range would be vast.
