    so I guess fed cardio seems better for fat oxidation regarding its thermogenic effect and postexercise effects??? interesting..

    One of my muscle magazines ( i think it was muscle & fitness) says you burn more calories if you eat before. Also I noticed I have way more energy if I have complex carbs before. Can run way longer and faster.
