I keep an ai on hand in case it's needed, but only recommend taking something if the situation calls for it.

I'm not prone to gyno so I keep arimidex on hand. Everyone is different, what works for me might not work for you.

I now always run one with my cycles..I feel and look much better. I like ARIMIDEX and LETROZOLE very well. AROMASIN is another great AI.

****, as Merc said, do you ever feel that they hinder your gains because of the low estrogen?

    Thanks for the responds.

I think I will follow the general consensus and just keep something on hand just incase.

you should always have ai, if you have doubts that you tend to bloat or wtv due to high estrogen levels

I'm going to have some LiquiDex (Anastrozole) just in case. If I feel any signs of gyno I'll start taking .25mgs/day tell it goes away.
