I've just started my pct - nolvadex (20mg a day) and clomid (50mg a day)
My body is starting to feel a bit different coming off steroids. Training is a lot more harder on my body, body feels tired quite quickly. Weird rashes appearing near my armpits / chest. Something doesn't feel right.
Am I to train as I did whilst on steroids (5 - 6 days a week). Or during pct do you cut down your training so ur body recovers? whats the drill?
Was on a 9 week cycle of oral steroids - anabol and anadrol 50.
