    Hamstring problems

Well I definitely hurt something big time in my hamstring although I am not certain as to what it could be. I am not going to the hospital I have been there 3 times this year thats enough for me! Anyways I was playing football on thanksgiving and I heard a pop in my hamstring and could not walk. After 1 week I could move jog and slightly lift. 2-3 weeks later I was back to deadlifting and squatting full on again with no pain. This week I played football twice once on wednesday and then just some 5 hours ago. Obviously still being stiff and sore from two days ago my hammy was probably not ready to play again O_O. Well I landed funny on my right leg and it popped again!!!! Goddamnit -.- I am not sure as to what it could be but when I feel back in my hamstrings from touch both legs feel identical as in theres no tearing of the muscle or I wouldn't be walking. Maybe I did some tendon damage I don't know. My point is I know I will be back to lifting again 100% in a few weeks but I want to know if it would be beneficial to inject some IGF near the area as many have had success with healing their injuries completely like this. Only thing is where the injury is I am fearful of hitting anything like my tendon or my sciatic. (This is why hamstring injections are usually never done!!) I am attaching a picture to show where the pain is the highest. It is not on on the tendon site exactly but more off to the side and high up near my glute. I am planning on doing an IGF cycle in 2 weeks or so and was really just wondering if it would be ok to shoot there every now and then.

And for those of you who say go to the hospital I WILL NOT!!!
