Russian bear is not easy, it is made to be mixed with an ENTIRE GALLON OF MILK! Yeah it may be somewhat inexpensive but it only has like 2.5 servings or even less, and if you take it as instructed, with an entire gallon of milk per serving its gonna run you up about another 10 dollars. So it is about a 10-15 dollars a day/per serving and only lasts for 2-3 days. Even if you only take half servings it will be gone is less than one week and in a week - 2 weeks depending on the speed of your metabolism you will lose all the wiehg tyou gained on it. 5000 calories, 292 grams of protein, 0 fat, yes it sounds very good. But its claims of being impossible to convert into fat???? that is BS and what it claims is actually physically impossible. VERY few people in this world need 5000 calories a day to fuel themselves. If you eat even 2000 calories a day, plus russian bear that is 7000 calories....your body will convert ALL excess calories into bodyfat! sure you may gain a pound a day, but the majority of it will be in the form of body fat. Be carfeful with it, don't take full servings. And if you have alot of money buy like 5 buckets at a time that way if you take even half servings it will last you over a month. Good luck. Just remember, when you work out, your muscles are like a sponge and they suck up the majority of the calories and nutrients you take in in order to repair themselves. But a full serving of russian bear added to your daily intake is the equivalent of throwing a sponge into a swimming pool, in that the sponge will absorb and have access to 100% of the nutrition it needs and thus it will grow/ expand but there is WAYY too much left over that is just gonna sit in the pool.
I reccomend Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice. 1300 calories per serving, 71 grams protein from a combination of sources (different forms of whey, soy, milk, casienatem egg albumum, wheat, etc.) 19 servings per container and it tastes great. I personally usually have 2 individual half servings a day that euqal one full serving. Usually one following my workout, and the other before bed. Goodluck in whatever decision you make.

you dont have to drink the whole thing at once... I took 2 servings a day 1 serving equal around 1000 cal and 50+ protien but yungfaces Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice looks much better
Muscle milk is a better choice, butid say take half servings of it instead of a whole one. if u split it up into half ull get 650 cals mixed in milk and35g protein but.......the sugar is a killer at even 40+ g per half serving. only way to take it is if ur a hardgainer and wont gain fat fast from the huge amount of sugar, also has 9g sat fat..
i mean ive used it(still have some left from yr ago) tastes is best ive ever had(cookies n cream) and price is great for what u get ya know 28$ for 38 servings at 500 cals in even water if ur a hardgainer, but theres much better stuff like real gains by universal , which is one of the best out..
U could also just make ur own for cheaper with great taste..
