    N.O., Monohydrate, and Throwing up...

    Here's the dilemma....

I have taken, and am currenlty using, Black Powder (NO) from MRI...I have never had an adverse reaction to it, even when taking double the doseage...

I was thinking that it would be a good idea to add about 5 to 7 grams of monohydrate to it for prelift since NO doesnt directly build muscle, but helps allow more flow of muscle buidling compounds to your muscles such as creatine, protein, glutamine, etc....

So i thought that adding some more creatine would be beneficial, however since I have started that I have been severly lethargic and nauseas after my heavy, and even lighter, sets...I have thrown up before from heavy squats and deadlifts, but that is more from intensity and load....This seems to be from dehydration or something else, it is causing me to feel nauseas and throw up, but it seems like my body is rejecting something I am putting in it...

I am trying to figure out if I am not drinking enough water, if the monohydrate in the NO is overload, or if there is something else wrong with me...

well, obviously you should stop combining the two until you find the source of why you are feeling ill.

stick with what you know you can tolerate, drink lots of water and hopefully you remain healthy.

I def am going to cut out the Mono I think...because I have taken black powder successfully before, so it has to be the added mono...

I guess I should note that the NO does have some CEE in it, so im assuming that I must be messing up the ratios that they have tried to create and my body is rejecting the added Mono, it must be overkill...I just didnt expect this though at all...

So true man....Im just confused because I have NEVER, had an adverse reaction to anything I have ever taken...Furthermore, I do seem to get nauseas when I eat too closely to working out/have a full stomach, even if its liquid, when working out...

Also, since I have been squatting/deadlifting in the 400s for reps, I have noticed that I have to be carefull about how full I am because that can make me nauseas too, but the throw ups before were different, I would feel like my body was just reacting to the intensity/load, and afterwords I felt better, but drained because my energy source came up, ie food, supps etc...

Now when I get nauseas it seems to be different, any and all lifts seem to be bothering me when I try and get intense, even if they aren't heavy compound moves, furthermore, the throw up seems to be more like my bodies natural reaction to an overdose off supps, meaning like intoxification of some sort, because after these throw ups I feel better and more normal, not depleted of energy ironically...

yeah, sounds like too many chemicals in your system. I used to try the biggest and newest supps and stack them but then i just realized all i was doing was polluting my body.

i stick to protein and creatine now. i feel better and it saves the bank account

Definately...Well the Black Poser has CEE in it, and my post workout gainer has 7 g of creatine in it as well...I was just worried that there wasnt enough CEE in the Black powder to make a difference, because it doesnt direcly build muscle you need muscle building compounds to compliment it to generate muscle building...

Heres a link to its components, go down on the page and click on "product info", what do u think....

Also, how about adding some glutamine to it....

between the black powder and the gainer, i wouldnt imagine you need any more creatine.

you could throw glutamine in there if you wanted to. just watch how many supps you are taking, sometimes a back to basics approach does the body good

I was just worried that I wasnt getting the creatine before lift, or not enough anyways to fuel muslce building and drive ATP reactions during my lift...

Plus the CEE is listed last in that segment of the product info, so that makes me think that there is the least of that in those 2.2 grams....

Well I was hoping you would have some insight as to whether or not u think its enough prelift or not, based on what those supp ingredients say, also keep in mind I usually do 1.5 or double the dosage, so that should up the CEE as well...

i think its enough for prelift. I do think you place a little too much vaue on these supplements however. i only take my 5grams of creatine mono after workout and before bed, its what works for me.

based on the info on the supplement facts, i would say its enough (for me).

thats all i can really post to help, perhaps others will chime in

No offense looks like a shit product.

    Only 3G
    Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate
    2G
    Creatine mixed
    1.1G Beta-Alanine
And half of gram of basic fat burning supps
    These are low shit doses.
Stick with the basis and just do the mono and Arginine on its own but use like 5-7G Arginine 5G mono

Normally i would agree, but MRI has a patented delivery system on all its NO products and Creatines as well, whether they are pill or powder....You don't need that much CEE or Arginine if it is fully absorbed and delivered directly to your cells, which MRI claims to do, and I have to believe because u can feel this product very well even at these dosages....without the system, you would need more of each, thats why these other companies just load that shit up because they don't know how to deliver it to ur body properly....
