im 19 turning 20 in a couple months ive beeen like 5'10 for awhile now but i use to way about 180 after about three serious years of working out and since i got sick in january from alcohol poisonin and just kept steadily declining in weight. Now i way about 155 and i started working out again like two weeks ago and was thinking about takin only one cycle to get back to around 170 or 175. any ideas i dont want to be to big i liked the way i was at like around 175. any ideas would be appreciated thanks
