My friend and I were both happy with the results from our deca only 3 month cycle.. we trained hard and ate till we almost threw up and it worked jus find.. not everyone gets deca dick. i've seen people do 300mg/week and actually had an increase in libido/sex. what were ur doses and what were ur gains?
It was deca 350 mg/ml and i pyramided up to 750mg per week.. when i started i weighed about 170 and that was in late july... i now weigh almost 190 and i'm the biggest i've ever been..
two of my friends did a deca cycle with out any test and they never had deca dick problem.. everyone is diff its better to be safe than sorry always have test handy..

i curious abour ur cycle because im considering a deca only cycle too. can u post the entire cycle form start to finish (weeks, doses, pct)?
Ive done deca only cycles and have never had a problem at all...Its all individual..in fact I know bro's who stay on deca year round(i dont recommend this) and they are fine.
yikes.. I have been avoiding deca cause of deca dic*, i def dont want that!! and if i were to take it, id still have some test handy cause you never know.. and get cialis there too for emergancys!!

I posted this a few times but I will again.. I did a deca only cycle about 6 yrs ago, was at about 170 lbs @ 5"11 when I started. Did it for a total of 10 weeks, pyramiding up to about 600 mg /wk... no gains till about week 4 i remember all of a sudden I was putting on about 5-10 lbs per WEEK and having ENORMOUS strength gains... put it like this, prior to cycle, I had trouble benching 185.. after cycle I could rep 225 for about 20 times... it was really incredible..
bad news, however, about a month after last shot sex drive went KAPUT and zero erection... aka deca dick for about 2 months.. but alls well and good now... I also took i think 20 mg nolva per day for a month or two after cycle... I kept the majority of my gains, cept maybe for 5 lbs.. Key is to keep diet up and lift even heavier then when u were on the cycle when u get off.. that will keep the muscle in "growth" mode if u will and help u retain more of ur weight... my .02
Ive never heard of that, to me that sounds like a great way to loose your gains post-cycle by having minimal workouts.
i always thought diet and training determined whether or not ones body is in a catabolic/anabolic state.. I think that nfo u read might have been a bit incorrect..
