    Aromatase Inhibitors and Sex

I dont know if anyone has noticed this, but when I take an aromatase inhibitor like a-dex, letro or proviron for a few days, and I try to have sex, its incredibly difficult, if not impossible to orgasm. Libido is otherwise normal... Is this just me or has anyone else noticed? Its a little embarrasing tbh... Without the AI, I am fine... Could this be a symptom of insufficient estrogen, or possibly related to prolactin...?

Well I would think it would have to do with the reduced estrogen but you should also be noticing reduced libido aswell.... and AI's have been shown to reduce the number of progesterone receptors which is the site that prolactin is active at.... also unless running a 19nor prolactin wont be your problem... just chalk it up to the estro reduction... I notice the same thing but with reduce libido....

Ah, its possible I have the reduced libido too but dont notice it, as I usually ingest some nice liquid Cialis before I do the deed. I must have very little estrogen as even small amounts of a mild AI seems to cause me problems...

too much arimidex or letro can do this but PROVIRON dramtically increases my libido.
