    Injured shoulder?

Couple weeks ago i was working out at different gym and didnt realize spacing on bars was different. I believe I was too wide and right at lift of of pressing, something felt off. Since then i have been unable to workout chest, shoulders, and most of back.

The pain isnt very bad, but feels focused around my trap and collar bone area. I am unable to perform any exercise that flexes my trap or puts pressure on the area.

Is this a tear? What should I do?

Hard to say, i think the best you can do is to give it a week off and then try some light lifting or stretching. if the pain is still evident, then it may be time to get to the doctor. Its better to confirm and then adress an injury then to ignore and further injur the area.
