pct clomid and nolvadex

i want to use clomid and nolvadex for my PCT becuase i want the best both worlds.
could you give me some information on how much to use everyday and for how many weeks.

heres my cycle if it helps.

Weeks 1-10
Test P 300-400 mg/wk
Weeks 1-10
Anavar 12.5 mg/day
Weeks 4-8
Winstrol 100 mg/wk
Weeks 8-10
Winstrol 200 mg/wk
