can u premix creatine cee with water and keep it in the fridge for a couple days. the gym was closed =/

I don't know how it works with creatine CEE. But I do know that with the older creatines (monohydrate) you aren't supposed to leave it in liquid form for very long because it converts into the useless creatinine.

yeah i didnt no if it was the same with cee either but it prolly is.
