    Core Training

Anyone into core training and conditioning? If so, what exercises do you do? I just started to get involved in core conditioning and training within the past 6 months and love it.

I've been through 12 years of martial arts and actually, no core training was really implemented..just basic cardio and some plyometrics, but nothing real serious. I wish they would have though.

No problem, it's cool. My martial arts background is in Kempo. I haven't practiced martial arts in about 6-8 years so it may have changed and might implement core training now a days, but back then they didn't. Oh well, no big deal. I appreciate the advice though
