    Angry help

    i'm 18 yrs old and am looking to add a lot of mass. i'm 5'11 160lbs. my normal bodyfat % ranges from 9%-10 1/2%. i was looking into mastadrol. can anyone help me on dosage or give me any other suggestions?

    I suggest you get your diet in check, you could gain a LOT more naturally.

    If you cant gain naturally, then dont waste time or money on steroids, besides at 18 you do NOT need steroids..all you need is food!!

    Listen to these guys. I thought aas was the answer but did not pay attention to my diet and sleep. Gained far more off cycle w/proper diet than on cycle. Plus the only side is size.

    if u decide to go against the advice that u were already given then masteron requires frequent injections if u can deal wit it. i'd suggest 100mg every other day for about 6-8 weeks. people might tell u to throw in some test in there but i personally dont like test so im stayin away.

    Soccer, I think he's talking about that prohormone that's kinda like superdrol. I don't know anything about them but I think that's what he's referring to not Masteron

    ^^ as norma.. Ima******ger is on point. If your BF% is that low.. your not eating correctly.. Period

    i take in around 3500 cals. a day and im getting about 300g protein.

    your stats tell the whole story, if you're 5'11" and 160lbs your diet is sub-par regardless of what it is.

    If you 18 and your acting like any other person your age you most likely using most of that and most likely you have a fast metabolism.You should list your diet and lets see where your getting those 300 grams of protien.This could be part of your problem, but 3500 cal/per day when Im active is the least I eat to maintain.Any less and Im losing weight and strength and Im 10 years older than you!So increase your cals with quality meats and complex real food carbs not bullshit shakes and lift with the intensity of a hurricane and see If you dont improve.Besides at this point you test levels are steroid level now!So take advantage naturally

    I eat 3500 calories by noon. My metabolism is ridiculous though. I would agree with the rest. It has to be your diet at 160lbs. Eat and if that doesn't work, eat some more.
