Welcome. we need to know the concentration (mg/ml) of your products to answer that. Sust is typically 250mg/ml, and deca is often 200mg/ml, but not always.

sorry bro but thats not enough to run a cycle. and you dont need the deca for a first cycle. Im assuming this will be your first.

Ok I have 4 vials of sustanon 250mg/ml, 2 vials of deca 200mg/2ml and 1 box proviron. I'm 29yr 5'8 190pnds. I've only used test enanthate that was about a year ago. My goal is to be a solid 200pnds if what I have isn't what I need for this goal what do you think is needed?

i think you need to do a lot more research before starting anything fella, sounds like you havent got a clue.
4ml of sus and 4ml of deca is a joke.... 24ml of sus and 20ml of deca would sound minimum what u need.
have you got a pct planned? if not start in the pct forum,
then read up on the compunds ya ganna use / get hold of, but sounds like another test cycle is what u need if ya ganna go ahead n do one.

when you say vial do you mean glass breaker or do you have small vials?Seems like your confused about how much you have.Take pic and post if you have a camera, but I agree with the others here sounds like your knowledge is a bit limited.Spend a couple hours reading the profiles and stickies.It will help you so much.

how many ml are in the vials you have. example (200mg/ml 10ml vial.)

not enough..when I started I used 15 amps of sustanon, each 250mg =1cc
and a 200ML of EQ..that was to start.. your 4 vials and 2 vials wont do a thing, I agree with Shifty_ git , do some more research

hard one, If you have a vial of 250mg/ml, 250 mg is the concentration. This means that for every cc you shot you should receive 250 mgs of whatever product it is. This is the same for any product that you are using. You are well short of a proper cycle.
