    Talking 4th Cycle

    Stats: 27yrs, 5'10", 260lbs@18%bf, 3 completed cycles.

    So after returning to the board and educating myself again, and schooling up on some new PCT therapies, I have decided that my next cycle will be...

    8wks tren @ 100mgs/eod
    10wks deca @ 400mgs/wk
    12wks sust. @ 750mgs+/- wk basically eod W/tren

    PCT nolva @ 40/30/20
    and clen @ 2dayson 2 days off (need to check my does for this)

    Not my first cycle with tren, last cycle was a tren only cycle, loved it 20lbs and kept almost everything. On a side note I have not cycled in 3 years, but have been back in the gym for the last 6 months consistantly. Reason I am still at 18%bf is because I have not cleaned up my diet just up'd the protien intake. Obviously while on AAS my diet will change drastically. Cardio will also increase from 15-20 min to 45-60mins. Also I have picked this cycle becuase I want to do some before and after, possibly weekly updates in regards to my stats and body comp. as it changes throughout the course of this cycle. Be sure to check the members pics in the next week or two as I begin my transformation.

    Ya I am not crazy about my bf either lol. (Probably could use some extra effort in that dept.)

    I agree about the pct but I just am not sold on hcg and don't like clomid, should I run the nolva longer or a lil higher?

    Brother.. From what I know.. while your on Tren your cardio is not going to go up.. More then likely its going to go down..

    I know that this seams to be the general consenus on this board but I have run 2 tren cycles and have to say that for me personally it is more than possible to to increase my cardio length, but the intensity may stay the same.

    That cycle is pretty suppressive with the deca and tren together. I would run the nolva at least 4 weeks and add an AI (arimidex or aromasin).

    I have decided to drop the tren for this cycle and save it for the next. I was thinking of running it like this now instead...

    deca 600mgs/wk
    sust 750mg/wk =EOD

    i was thinking of shoting the deca EOD@200mgs with the sust. to help ease the sust pain when i hit the quads. Is this alright or would I be better off just shotting the deca once a week @ 600mgs?

    My PCT will remain the same at 4 weeks.

    That is nice..
    Just not sure if a cycle is appropriate at your BF%.. I heard chance of gyno goes up with higher level of BF.

    and on a side note.. what is your goal, bulk or cut?

    It just seems like u should cut before you go and bulk.

    I am thinking of a lean mass cycle so come my next cycle probably at the end of the summer I can hit another lean mass/cutting cycle. My ultimate goal is hit 225 - 235 lbs thats were I would like to be at for my height at 5'-10" at 10-12%bf.
