Any cardio is good. The only form of cardio I do is a spinning bike, I do different variations of HIIT and it works for me and I hate cardio!
wanted to add......use a HR monitor to make sure you are pushing yourself hard enough.
as long as your HR is up it dont matter what you doing
I prefer the bike waaaay more than running. I just make sure my HR is where I want it to be by adding resistance or going faster and such.
