Hey guys. I am really interested in starting my first cycle. I am 21yo 6'2' 230lbs. Played football and lifted in high school and i was 290. I have lost a lot of weight and want to get my muscle back. I'm just curious on whats the best way to go about it. My ideal weight would be about 225 but much more muscle than what i have now. A friend told me to take anavar to lose some of the flab and get solid gains. I am gonna work out intense for a little while before i take anything...any suggestions on how long I should wait? If anyone can help thanks....
