it's oral. comes with a spray top, but I like to use an oral syringe instead.

my clomid was 35mg/ml and my nolva was 20mg/ml. if its the oral syringe ones. i dunno about sprays. the clomid gave me a heartburn everytime i used it. tastes like athletes foot
