    Cardio calculating

    I was just sitting today and thinking about burning fat by doing cardio.

    Let's see if I got this right.

    1g fat = 9 calories
    1kg = 1000g
    1kg = 2.2Lbs
    1Lb fat = 4077 calories
    45min cardio @ +/-600cal/hr = 450 calories
    9 sessions of 45 min cardi @ -/+600cal/hr = 1lb fat burned
    2 sessions a day for one month = 7lb fat burned
    5 months = 35lb fat burned

    I better start now...

    What you didnt calculate is the fact that your body continues to burn fat after you've ended your cardio session. Also, how do you take into account your metabolism and diet factors?

    I think youre calculations are way off

    I still didn't count all the HR going up when I lift so.
