SERM or AI on cycle ?

Im having a hard time deciding which ant E to use while on cycle.
i had gyno before that was gone after i stopped the cycle and took some nolva.
obviously i need protection, so what to take ? letro at 0.25 or nolva at 10mg ed ?

on one hand i wanna block gyno on cycle (200mg of test) and on the other hand, i need that estrogen in my body for various reasons.

I'm hearing Adex is nice. but i cant get it from where im at right now.. trust me.. it will take months to get here.

I only have letro and nolva (and proviron)

dont know what to do... im hearin nolva is not gonna protect me on cycle and letro is too strong.

what is the cycle? just 200mg of test a week?

adex is too much for that low of a dose. i would just use nolva at 10-20mg daily, if that.

letro is way too strong for such a small dosage

yeah at those dosages i would doubt you would have any gyno issues, but if you are sensitive i would have nolva on hand, you shouldnt need anything else

I agree with amorphic on this one. No need for letro for this light cycle. Letro killed my sex drive at 0.5mg/day. I keep some letro around just in case, but so far I haven't had to use it.

yea but are you also sensitive to gyno like me ?
i got lumps when doing 500mg of test and 50 tbol that was probably dbol and i was fooled. no protection of course

so half that dose without aromatizable orals shouldnt cause any special lumps with just nolva huh

even if you're gyno sensitive, 200mgs of test a week should be little problem.

10-20mgs of nolva would be enough to stave it off. and if it wasnt, arimidex at .5mgs e4d would do, but i doubt you will need it

i disagree with the use of nolva on cycle as preventative maintenance. i believe an AI would more suit on cycle, and nolva should be used in the event that gyno or bloating becomes an issue, and the AI dose should be increased. then, when the problem subsides the nolva should be dropped.

letro can be too much, if you dose it too high
letro at .25 mg eod or e3d, and increased if needed can be very effective without being excessive

a serm just basically blocks the receptor in the breast tissue. i would want to kill the estrogen all together, keeps the bloat down and water retention. for me at least. adex at .5mg ( i think, mines liquid so dont quote me) for a week then .25 mg ed till pct
