night shift and trying to workout...

Is there anyone else who works nights 2 days on 3 days off 3 days on 2 days off. On days off i can work out fine, but days i work i'm so tired my workouts are terrible. Anyone else have this problem or know anything I can take. Basically I can only workout when i get off work in the mornings.

You would do well to not train much at all on the days you work third shift. Train mostly on your off days if you want to make gains! In fact, you could train on non-work days only and do just fine.

I work the graveyard and I had found myself being tired and lazy from time to time during my workouts! I used to get off work and then go straight to the gym... now I have been comming home and gettin 6-7hrs of sleep and hit the gym up later at nite! Amplify 02 has worked great for me!

I agree with both of the above, either off days or after sleep. If your not motivated at the gym, then it will be unlikely your gonna see the gains you want. get everything in balance and you'll notice alot better results.
