i don't think mine was torn but i slightly pulled it . and it hurt like hell the next day it took two years for it to heal. thats a bad injury

How do you know it is torn? do you have an MRI?
If you dont have one and you have insurance get STIR MRI of your shoulde if it is torn they dont heal on thier own.
