    dropping kgs

    being a boxer and all whats the best stuff to take to really drop my body fat and rip me up...? i need help here guys got 10 weeks to drop 14kgs also will it hurt me to lift some weights in my training if i want to drop body fat??

    no, lifting weights increases matabolism, so it will actually aid in helping loose fat and keep fat off.

    will you be tested? maybe clen would be good, with a good diet and alot of cardio...

    No lol.. Ive read the 2 threads from Tai and johnny too small.. Im open minded on trying it.. Waiting to aquire some.. Sounds like an interesting product..
