yea im on a high carb/protein diet... lots of raw fruits and veggies.. ive been hitting the gym 1.5 hrs every morning.. im takin a day off today and goin back in on monday...

i posted in another thread but this is my current routine now:

    sun - cardio (hard)
    mon - chest/biceps
    tues - back/abs
    weds - shoulders/triceps
    thurs - legs/abs
    fri - chest/biceps
    sat - off

    how much cardio? 1 - 1.5 hours a day twice a day...

running in the morning + push ups, situps, jumping jacks, v-ups, mountain climbers, leg lifts, forward lunges

    repeat in the evening..

did push-ups throughout the day, just stop and knock out 25-50 once an hour.. obviouslly i started smaller, 10 or so push-ups and worked my way up.. i can knock out 85 now

i cant stress a healthy diet though.. low fat diet mixed with some carbs and lots of fruit and veggies
