Hey guys, I'm new to the forum here, but I thought I'd share a picture. I'm 31 years old and 5'10" 165lbs. I started my transformation about a year ago when I weighed about 190. I started dieting and running, while swimming a couple days a week. I ended up losing 30lbs. About two months ago I started weight training too. Since then I have put on 5lbs while just taking a high protein(low fat) diet. I try to eat my carbs before 2 in the afternoon and usually try to take in about 200mg of protein a day. I'm gonna try to find some pics of me when I was 190, but I rarely took my shirt off, due to the fact that I was embarassed. I have a long way to go, but it's a long road for everyone right? I plan on staying natural for the next couple years, and then I might entertain the idea of AAS. I see this forum is packed full of information, I'd love to get some feedback from you guys, thanks!
