I hit chest hard once a week, works extremely well. EOD is too much, you'll get better results backing down. You don't grow in the gym but out of it with rest and nutrition.
once a wk seems to be the concensus for each bodypart
u guys im sure hes a powerlifter not a bodybuilder the muscles are fully recoverd after 48 hours look it up 72 is preferable but all you need is 48 hours so it wasnt bad advice

I would stick to once a week.. MAYBE twice. A**ominals is the only muscle I would work that often..
good for a week or two but you will hit a wall... the russians do this stuff... we tried it... we benched 4 days a week... we all had over 500 lb benches and we all ended up gitting hurt or sore... but when we went back to once a week we did seem to be in prettty good shape
I worked my chest twice a week and got nice gains however I still wasnt recovering as I would have liked so I cut it back to once a week and noticted that I had a ton more energy and was able to push myself a lot harders then I had once before! 1-2 days a week is sufficent!
My boy does it every other day and is HUGE and strong all natural but that might not work for you. I do it once a week hard and have noticed huge gains in bot strenth and size.
