hmm I just have alot of difficulty getting enough protein with work, I am also eating 2-3 protein bars a day and tons of water. I think I will try the adex, I think this is more to do with the dbols overall. I know beef sticks arent great but to retain 19lbs. from a little extra sodium sounds a little off too me. What could I substitute for the beed sticks? I bring 2 tuna sandwhiches, 4 small oranges, 2 v-8 cans,5 beef sticks, 2 -28g bags of beef jerkey, 3 protein bars, thats for my 9 hour work days.
