All the threads sticked in this forum contradict each other. Confused about my PCT.

Initially I planned on running Clomid for 4 weeks. For the first 4 days I would take 200mg a day, then for the next 10 days take 100mg a day. The third week would be 75mg a day and the last week would be 50mg a day.

My cycle was 750mg of Sustanon for 12 weeks and will be ending within the very near future.

One sticky says that it is ill-advised to use Nova and Clomid together. You should use one or the other. Another sticky says it is best to use Nova and Clomid together but not an AI such as Liquidex. Yet another sticky says it is best to use a SERM (Clomid and Nova) and an AI (Liquidex) together.

So what exactly is going on here? Several of the threads stickied at the top contradict one another and I have no doubt that it has lead to some confusion amongst first time users such as myself. I want to keep as much of my gains as possible and I am beginning to question whether my preplanned PCT is correct or not.

So from my experience there are two schools of thought on this. There is the Clomid/ Nolva PCT or there is the new school which is the Nolva only PCT. I have only ever dome the first one but there are people here that have tried both. The only way you will know whats good for you is to try them both. Let me tell ya Clomid is a bitch, at least for me, it really causes a big downer. Here are the two ways to do these two options that are the most used

PCT for cycles 8-16wks:
Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

or

Week 1
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E 1000 IU/day
Week2
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 iu/day
Week 3
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, HCG: 500 IU/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 IU/day
Week 4
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day
Week 5
Nolvadex: 20mg/day
Week 6
Nolvadex: 20mg/day

Nolva only PCT is new? No offense, but you must be new then. Because for years we've ran only clomiphene. Then we went to only tamoxifen. And they worked just fine without mixing.
