hey have any of u guys tried the workout posted here and what was the effect it had on you.
Is it enough u guys think....to me it looks kinda short. I know u gotta go really heavy and with max effort but still i am kinda iffee.

that workout looks good, although for the leg day i would add either stiff legged deadlifts or weighted lunges, also on the shoulder day it says presses behind the neck, if you want to do presses behind the neck make sure you do not lower the bar too far down behind your head or you could injure yourself
