Weeks 1-6
Turanabol 60mg ED
Milk Thistle 750mg ED (bump up to 1000mg ED if needed)
Weeks 7-9
Nolva 60mg Day 1
40mg Day 2-10
20mg Day 11-20
Milk Thistle
R-ALA (Glucophase XR)
My question is, I have researched R-AlA and it says its proven in producing lean mass gains aswell as producing fat loss. Now can that be taken on the T-Bol cycle to help maximise gains or shall i leave it like it is and use it on PCT
