BB and BA or just BA or what??? :O)

So when i'm dissolving the Fina pellets what chemicals do i use? Do i use just BA or both BA and BB?

is it better to crush the pellets or just let them sit in the BA for 2 days?

so for 4 carts i would use 4ml of BA correct?

If i was to add BB would i subtract this from the BA added or just add it in addition to the BA?

And how much per cart of BB should be added?
