If I remember correctly I read that DHT can cause irritation of the hair follicle/sabaecous glands, resulting in acne in some cases. I seem to get mild acne that is centralized in the hair follicles. Would taking something such as dutast or other DHT blockers help at all with this acne? I would think that it would seeing that blocking the conversion of DHT would result in less irritation of the hair follicle/sabaecous glands, however I could be completely wrong too. Has anyone tried this?
I hot this thought from reading the test prop profile when it was talking about estrogen and DHT. They mentioned that some of the shampoos that are used to prevent hair loss could also be used topically to prevent acne. I was thinking that this may be because it had something to do with DHT blockage, etc, but like I said above I could be very wrong. Its just a thought, so don't tear me apart too bad lol
