how old are you, and what would you estimate your body fat % to be?
Im 23 my body fat is at 20%
proper diet and cardio..no steroid will help you achieve your goals without it
Im on a diet plus cardio but i just seem bulky i guess is the word i dont have much definition im just lookin for what to add to my training that will help me achieve the toned look im after.
you gotta work on diet and cardio only until you get down to some 14%ish and then think about juicing. but anavar would be the way to go ,small side effects, and solid results.

at 5'9 180 for a female i doubt your bodyfat is 20%

Diet and cardio as everyone has said, but clen may also be used to drop the BF% faster and also may be a bit better then using androgens since your female. Yes I know, var is considered a femail steroid but honesly you may be happier with not using androgens and trying out clen as well as having your diet and cardio in check. How often do you lift weights?

i have a good amount of muscle i lift 5 days a week im not sure about clen because of tside effects
