    I'm fairly new to forum...want to know that if would take clen and sust...should I satrt them at the same time or wait and take clen at end

    welcome..what are your stats? age, weight, etc??? How much of each do you plan on taking, how often and for how long? What is your PCT?

    26 yrs old
    10% BF
    have been working out on and off since 17...nothing crazy just in and out of the gym 2-3 days a week...I took cycle last year around April and had no clue what I was doing so I think I wasted it I...I put on around 12 lbs and increased my weights every week like crazy...This year, DEFINETELY going to clomid for PCT because I had serious gyno last time even though it went away...I never knew about these forums to learn from

    Oh sorry...I'm planning on running sust for 10 weeks at 500mg/week and clen throughout at around 40mg/day...clomid at around 100mg/day for week and then 5mg/day for week at the end of sust...Is this cycle going to work? Obviously I will be training harder and eat correctly

    you need more knowledge about PCT..and clen has to be cycled in 2 weeks increments..2 weeks on/2 weeks off

    I don't really understand your pct, when do you plan to run it in relation to your cycle, and what specifically will it be?
