Hey everyone, name's Kevin. I'm 24. In the military. I've been lifting for 8 years. I'm 6'0 190 (probably around 12%BF). I'm a recreational lifter. Nice to meet ya'll.
Now that the intros out of the way:
I've been wanting to get on juice for a while now but I've been waiting till I was at least 24. I did my research and found the most common recommendation was to wait until you were at least 23-25. Well I'm ready. I've looked through the FAQS etc....
I've recently been diagnosed with a ruptured disk, therefore I can't lift as heavy as I once was able and m gains are severely suffering because of this. What do ya'll recommend? Would this be a good thing for me to pursue? Not looking to be Arnold size but I def want the definition and leanness. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated from the "subject matter experts".
P.S. Anyone in Eastern SC need a workout partner? (I move around a lot, pretty hard to build solid friendships is gyms)
