    Elbows

My elbows are killing me with what I think is joint pain. Possibly from lifting a lot more weight from the strength gains. Any help.

If it's tennis elbow and you're doing skullcrushers, drop the skulls for awhile. Also, try warming up thoroughly with some light pressdowns and wear elbow supports for awhile.
There's a lot of info in the injury/rehab forum that deals with this subject.

i do not know whats its from but its starting to get to me pretty bad, my fifth set of bench is almost too painful when I know I could lift more wo the pain. Before the elbows starting hurting it was everything else though, rotator cup, collar bones & elbows.

Yeah, hop on some glucosimine for repair and MSM for the pain.

Trenbolone really dried my shoulders out, tore one of them because of it. So watch yourself.

What about a little Deca? Right behind the forearms right before the elbow was where that pain was for me and it was pretty uncomfortable. I was good during the set but as soon as I eased up it got kind of painful.

I upped the Deca and took a couple Advils and toughed it out.
