so for pwo ppwo should i take 60g Waxy Maize Starch imediatly then 10 mins later 50g whey protien, 5g creatine mono or cytogainer with an extra 3g creatine mono???? then 30 minets later 16oz cranberry juice, 2 potatoes, 90g white rice, 1 can tuna... would this be a good pwo ppwo suplements and food to consume or is there somthing i can add or take out????
