Hey guys im new to the website and really interested in getting to learn all kinds of new info. I am 21 6"5 and 281 pounds, I really wanna cut down bodyfat and build back up the weight with muscle. I have been eatting good for the past month and doing cardio 1st thing in the morning for 45-60 mins. I warm up with 15 and end with 15 at the gym at night, and work out with weights between. I just want to know what would be a good cycle to get me to where I wanna be, with a much leaner yet still have alot of muscle. I also have been taking Myozene for about a week.
