    Help

    Whats a good cycle for me to go on? 21 years old 6"5 281 pounds. Want to cut down BF than build back up

    What do you want to get down to? Losing weight at 21 shouldn't be a big deal. How's your diet and training now?

    I wanna drop down to around 240 than build back up to about 275 with muscle. I do cardio 5 days a week in the morning for 45-60 mins, than workout at night with weight for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Plus before and after working out I do 15 mins of cardio. My diet is good I try really hard not to cheat at all, but I maybe have 1 or 2 cheat meals a week but nothing crazy.

    In the morning on an empty stomach?(except water of course) I'm a firm believer that it's not the minutes that count (as all of us are rshed from time to time) it's the quality of the workout. That being said, try to beat your cardio on a daiy basis in the morning. Even the smallest amount will help.
    As far as the weights go, do lots of reps man. If it were me i would do at least 18-20 per set. Switch from freeweights to cables, then back. Keep your muscles guessing. I'm not sure if you're ready for juice right now because it's not a cure all. Even on juice you have to work like hell. Use some clen to cut, then think of a bulking steroid. Test would be my recommendation.

    I dont wanna come off as a beginner to working out. I am really stong and not fat looking. I just have never done juice before and wanna start, so I can get to my goal faster. How much clen do I take and how long

    not to be a jerk or anything but do some research just asking people on a board is not a great way to decde what cycle YOU should go on read read and read some more and then ask if the cycle you decided on is good or not

    I have done alot of research and asked around. I been told to try Clen, Winstrol and Fina. I was just wondering for my body type what would be the best choice.

    you havent told us much about your body type except height and weight whats the bf% whats your body like fat muscular average?

    I really dont know my BF% I mean im a big guy, I would say muscular. I have a stomach that I have to work on and thats where I wanna burn the most fat with whatever I deside to take.

    21 is awful young man. The thing is, if you're not AT LEAST an intermediate level in the gym, you're not going to get the best bang for your buck and you don't know what you can do naturally. And you could possibly harm yourself in the process. Believe me, you want to know what your limitations are naturally first. As far as juice goes, keep reading these forums, get to know what works for you and your diet, then decide.

    I am at a pretty high level in the gym, just my knowledge of juice is not as high. I just wanna get the show on the road you know

    You should not use steroids to cut weight.
