ok who has taken dbol and how did you take it? one huge dose before workout or split up the dose? what were your results of how you used it? everybody says something different on how to take dbols. my source makes his dbols in 25 mg caps and he is very reliable and a good friend so i know hes not screwing me over. im taking 50 mgs a day right now just one large dose before i train but thinking about splitting it up. if i train in the morning and take a cap before my workout when should i take the other or should i continue the way im doing it. i only one week in so i can switch it up at anytime
