I am going to start a cycle including.... test 250 equipose 200 along with winstrol... how should i start the cycle and what is the proper PCT... thanks alot for the help

i did let myself go during the winter... i am just looking to get alittle size but really tighten up and cut...

i am 5 10 and weight about 205

i would run it like this

test 500mgs every week 12 weeks (frontlaod 1000mgs first week)

eq 400mgs every week 10 weeks

winny 50mgs evryday weeks 8-14

pct starts 2 days after last tab/inj of winny

nolva 30mgs 30days /clomid 50 mgs 25 days

IMO i think you should bump up the dose on eq 600 mg i ran a similar cycle with great results!600mg a week is wot most people will tell you + you can run it for a bit longerthats my opinion!
