Hey, been reading and researching for awhile now. My goal is to cut down my body fat percentage, and maintain/build current muscle.
I'm currently 25 years old, 6'0 tall, 200 lbs, 25% bf.
I know that diet and exercise are what is going to get me to hit my goal. I have lost weight in the past when wei***ng upwards of 215lbs. But losing weight during this span was also unhealthy for me. My exercise and diet consisted of running 5mi in the morning, eat 1 big salad for lunch, running 5mi at night, then eating 1 cup brown rice or some pretzels. I know it was a terrible diet that caused me to lose quite a bit of muscle mass too becuase I shrunk down to 145lbs at the very lowest, I also did not include weight training in my daily routine. This time around I want to keep my muscle mass but drop in weight.

I'll preface that I'm vegitarian with the exception of fish, and have been on this diet/exercise schedule for 1 week now.
Schedule:
6am - wake Drink 1 scoop protein shake MRP formula
630 - workout (15 mins of cardio before 1hr workout, and 15 min of cardio after)
Post Workout - Drink remaining 2 scoops of protein shake (add 5g glutamine powder, and 9g arginine powder to shake)
2 hours later - Drink Orange Juice (9oz) with the 5g/9g glutamine/arginine added and eat 3 scrambled eggs.
Lunch - Spinach leaf salad with 1 of salmon/albacore tuna/or shrimp)with almonds/tomatoes/1 half alvacado.
snack - raw almonds and alvacado half.
dinner - usually vegtables/ or salad with some type of seafood/ occassionally with brown rice. I usually have a glass of wine or a bad tasting "low-carb" beer.
10pm - sleep

What I'm looking for here is to see what you may think of this diet/exercise program and if it is good/bad/something that I should change in order to help me meet my goal.
I'm also interested in taking a thermogenic (lipo 6/hydroxycut) pre-workout/ and midafternoon in between lunch and dinner. Thoughts? Suggestions?
Another thing I've been reading about quite frequently is GH. I really do like the benefits, and have a good source. I know that I should probably see a doc first to check for fused growth plates. Its just right now that I want to try/modify what I got first to see if that is better for me.
