gyno help!!!!

okay im ending week four of a 500mg a week test e, 500mg a week of deca, and 50mg a day of d-bol. im starting to get sore nipples and a small lump has came under my nipples. im going to be doing anthony roberst pct after wards. what should i take right now to stop this gyno? nolvadex? and if so at what dosage and for how long. i have 10mg nolvadex pills, and 25mg aromasin pills.... thanks everyone!

Dont take nolva b/c it can upgrade the progesterone recepter, since you have deca in there, a noted progesterone.

Start to take aromasin at 25 mg ed. When you get letro later you could switch to that, but aromasin is very effective also.

I agree - get ya self some letro asap, stay away from nolva for the reason vitor said, if u cant get hold of letro (obviously lion sells it) use ya aromasin, but personally id like to keep them for the pct.

how much will taking aromasin or letro effect my gains? i dont want to lower my estrogen too much, just enough to stop the gyno from happining. thanks

letro works well.... i'm on my 11th day at 2.5mg ed ... lumps are considerably smaller. That's very true, you don't want to eliminate estrogen, just get it down to where it SHOULD be.... that's where this subject gets a bit touchy.... i really don't think there is an exact dose you should be at but i would do 2.5mg ed until the lumps have gone away or puffiness has left you alone.... once that is the case do as others are doing.... .5 eod might work out well... BUMP for some more solid advice..
